Had to wait ages before being served, no person behind the counter, and no way of attracting them. The people in the cooking department can see that no one is in the fresh seafood area, but don’t seem to care.
Maybe Management should install a bell at the counter or electronic alert at the business entrance.
There is another Seafood outlet not far away that has a permanent attendant on the cash register.
Maybe the owners of PKG should take a look at their operation to improve their customer service
