The customer service is very bad. The Chinese female employees are rude and only care about getting things done fast. They are not patient and always ask "Anything else" and don't allow us to think. Do not order the yellow spongecake because it's so soft and they put so much water inside the cake. The rice flour from the sponge cake smells bad. Also the soy tofu milk with boba has a weird, stinky smell. lastly, the receipt does not state the name of the menu items we ordered. That's not good because they charge extra and also 25 cents for a box!
