What an absolute gem of a pub! Amazing welcome, great beer, lovely garden and fabulous interior. Everything a pub should be. Heard amazing things about the fish and chips but we were only here for the beer (this time - we will be back!) Sunday's closing time is officially 15h30 btw...but if you get lucky you may be there for most of the afternoon!

Lovely pub. Friendly and welcoming staff, decent beers, pretty garden, great Sunday roast, 10 min walk from the canal. What’s not to like

Had a lovely meal of steak n ale pie, lovely staff and service , will definitely be back.
