It was one of those busy Fridays when all you are looking forward to is a nice bite to eat, in order to shorten the journey. So after a few unsuccessful attempts to access a restaurant - too busy or booked up, I remembered my cousin's suggestion on The Red Store in Youghal. And it didn't disappoint. Beautiful home cooked food, great service and lovely desserts. The establishment is very airy, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely return.

Rare steak = well done. Our first waitress was abrupt did not tell us what soup or fish etc were. Service so so, forgot a few things.. Wouldn't be bothered going back

Been here a few times it's a brilliant place for food nice size dinner and Beautiful dessert prices are actually cheap considering the size of the food. Staff and management are very reasonable and helpful. Best place in youghal for a carvery dinner and possibly the best in Cork. I would highly recommend this place if you are in youghal for a day out or passing by.
