What a well run company T&C is! Every employee takes pride in looking after your needs to the best of their ability. All questions and queries are met with a detailed fast response. From initial valuation to completion everything went smoothly due to all employees hard work. Their price point is very competitive. I would 100% recommend using T&C for any property Sale. Pleasure doing business.

Two times now made simple requests to Town and Country Deeside and Mold in the past. The last being a simple e-mail to ask if a property was still on the market. No reply at all other than an automatic data collection e-mail wanting my details and circumstances. I'm a cash buyer and was ready with an offer without needing to view. Put a poor review on their site which they regulate guess what not posted surprise surprise. Wont be a third time !

Since the previous manager retierd , this orginasation has become a laughing stock They overcompicate simple things ,
