This is my 2nd visit to Zaytun Restaurant after I had an enjoyable meal with my family a month ago. Today we experienced unprofessional service delivery from untrained staff and worst quality of food. We ordered from their menu - 2 butter chicken, mushroom chicken risotto and chicken Parma. Unfortunately, they serve us butter chicken with bread instead of naan ( which was in the menu saying don’t have any naan left) and chicken in mushroom sauce with vegetables( claiming they never sell chicken risotto and the menu isn’t updated). We accepted the incorrect food considering the age of youngster’s serving food to my family. Sadly, the butter chicken for my young children was blunt and uncooked, bread served instead of naan was rock solid, might be made way before. My children refused to finish their dinner after their first bite. We don’t encourage wasting food but today just trying once that butter chicken I know that will make anyone sick. When we gave the feedback to the owner he arrogantly gave us a peace offering which we rejected. Overall my total experience won’t bring me there again and I won’t recommend anyone to go there.
