Very bad experience with this council..I booked rubbish collection a month ago.. when the final day came they didn’t picked up …reasons they gave me.. bocz we didn’t organised things properly .. common man it’s just a rubbish.. I’m not understand what’s the meaning to organise the rubbish.. this’s not the show pieces.. it’s hard waste rubbish.. we have been lived reservoir 10yrs and never had a problem like that..I’m really disappointed.

Spoke to Paige at customer service. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

Refused to withdraw a parking fine incurred when my partner was giving birth at a hospital that has no parking spaces. Hungry for revenue and zero compassion for the community.
