They were over 4 weeks late on my contact lens order from the Hot Springs office. I requested to speak with the doctor who performed my exam and never received a return phone call. I was told to call the Little Rock office, and when I did, the doctor would not take the call. The Hot Springs clerk totally misrepresented our conversation to the doctor.

I just wanted to say that I’m a happy and satisfied customer with Contact Lens Express. The optometrist that saw me was very knowledgeable and educated me in some things. The staff was very helpful, there was one particular girl, she had brown hair and I think her name was Renee. I definitely recommend this place for your eye care needs.

Go somewhere else! They have nice frames but the worst service. I’ve been a customer for 4 years but I am changing doctors. The doctor is wonderful. His staff has better things to do than take care of customers. I actually still went after reading reviews. I was thinking I will have a better experience, but NOT a chance.
