I could get my orders shipped to my business each week.. but I don’t for one reason.
The ladies that work at this store are phenomenal!! They portray the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere.
They all greet me in a friendly manner, smile on their faces.
they jump to help me with anything I need promptly, checking the back if there isn’t what I need on the shelves, they are knowledgeable, they go far above and beyond what any expectation would be.
I’m always a pain, asking questions, and have large orders that keep them all busy. But they are ALL so happy to help with anything!
The store manager (Jenny) is beyond fantastic, emails me anything I need, she has great leadership skills with her staff, you can tell they all get along great.
CosmoProf is beyond lucky to have this team of girls working in their Barrie store!!
