I had a great Ozzy burger today, sorry no photo, what's an Aussie burger, well back in the day of the Milk Bars that before everything been regentrified, they used to be a burger with the lot or works burger. You can have a nicely toasted sesame bun butter, tomato sauce with mayo, I pick BBQ, adds to flavour, lettuce, thick hand made beef patty well cooked onions, cheese melted on top, well cooked crispy bacon, sunny side up eggs, a slice of pineapple and you have a burger that not only satisfy your hunger. The variation of this burger is almost exstinct from the original invention of the nostalgic milk bars, where a burger like this is not only socially acceptable, if you had a banana Sunday, you won't be eating for the rest of the day. Trust me... this burger must make a come back, the Dino burger all rights reserved.
