I went in there today and asked for an American half pounder; the picture was great, burger, lettuce, garnish etc. I handed over a £5 note and the bloke behind the counter put it in the till, closed it and then asked me if there was anything else. I said some change please. He opened the till and gave me my change without excuse or an apology. I said to put some in for charity and he put 10p in an open unmarked pot but that's another story.When my burger came it was two Burgers between a dry bap with a slice of cheese, no lettuce, garnish, or relish. At least the burger was so dry that I could tell that it hadn't been spat in.I shudder to think of what sort or relish I might have ended up with had I complained so I left it at that but I will never go back there again.
