You could tell after a few minutes of conversation that Jeremy really knows what he’s talking about. Great customer service, communication, and high quality of work. Good and honest mechanic shop.

Their price estimate for the repair was accurate but they completely failed to mention the $175 that would be charged for an oil change they offered to do because they “had to take those parts out anyways”. So our $300 estimate ended up being a $505 bill. We called the following day to give them a chance to make it right. We told them had they communicated the additional service charge for the oil plus $100 oil we would’ve opted to do our oil ourselves or on eielson like we usually do. They never called us back. We will not be doing business here again. The lack of communication was totally unprofessional.

The gentlemen here got me in super quick, spoke clearly and with transparency about the work needed versus what would be “good”. I had heard high quality things and was pleased to find out for myself.
