I love Hectors they are great people & its always fresh food that's very reasonably priced, they give generous portions of chips compared to other T/A food shops around this area this is my experience.Andy the gentleman i believe manages Hector's Seafood is a lovely chap of whom i have much regard & respect, i can recommend Hector's Seafood personally having gone there now for over 10 years, i won't go to any other for my weekend dose of chips in Rye as i know what i'm getting and know its the best around for value, quality & freshness and very importantly they change the oil regularly too, it's always fresh, you can tell by the food yes you can.Thanks Andy from Dave good on you brother you've been so generous to me i don't forget either keep making those great fish & Chips please.David in Rye.
