Please everyone who goes to Dubbo for anything don't stay at the homestead motel worst service ever I payed for a room for 2 nights got a call from the guy who works there and I was told to leave as he doubled booked he would not listen to me as I had a email with the booking plus they stuffed up 2 other booking

Nice clean rooms, pleasant staff.The down side is due to renovations the lack of parking available

Location was good. 24 hour reception. Check in process was super easy The rooms were very dirty, previous guests items still in room under the beds. Air con didn't work in one of our rooms. There was no message to let us know the motel was a construction site and that was limited car spots. One room had a hairdryer and the other one didn't.
