My wife is a home health care worker, and an elderly woman counts on her to be there every weekday. She relies on her vehicle. Jack got her truck in on a weekend to install a new alternator, and had the job done the next day so she could make it to her clients on Monday. He even had it warming up when we came to get it. Jack was able to work me into his busy schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had me back traveling in my car quickly. He was competent, and when several diagnostic codes were coming up was able to track down the one item that was causing all the codes to show. By doing so he saved me money and time without a car I needed for work. I definitely will go back to have my car repaired there again.

His communication is top notch and I felt confident leaving my car in his hands! He even took pics and videos of some of the issues he'd found during his inspection. Everything was done when he said it would be, and my car drives like it's new again!
