This place is the worst experience for Korean BBQ in my whole life…
We ordered buffet which costs about $42 per person but they served tons of food at the beginning and you have to finish them first, you cannot choose whatever you wanna order from the buffet menu. (Staff don’t even explain before we order.)
However they don’t even serve the food on menu properly, we had to ask them to bring some seafood.
The quality of food was horrible…no joking…the color of beef was just dark brown.
Even though Kimchi was nothing taste but only sour and spicy.
And to top it all off they only turned the fans on after we finished eating…!
I cannot believe why this place received good rates…maybe from the people who never had Korean BBQ before
The staff are unfriendly and zero hospitality, they are not even Koreans.
If you don’t like the job, just quit and find another job makes you happy!
Never ever come back.
