Well, what can I say….. other than it was narcy!
Raaaartid jarge, From when the logo spells Caribbean wrong I should’ve known, the pattie pastry was stuck to the bag so I should’ve known, It resembled a fray bentos pie, again I should’ve known! So, the curry goat was gravy not curry, chunks of bone that looks like it was added to the gravy along side the meat cause they certainly wasn’t all cooked in the same pot! No onion, no thyme sprig, no chilli piece, no pepper piece, no meat on any part of the bone, all spices and flavours must’ve been powdered because their was no sight of any! Sugar added like it was salt, bisto gravy instead of curry powder, it was wrong on all levels! The dumplin resembled the sweet taste of a cornbread but it was fried and tried to be passed off as a dumplin! They didn’t specify the meat in the Pattie probably cause they didn’t know wth it was either! Food swimming in gravy, now I wouldn’t normally complain about this BUT it wasn’t nice enough and was trying to over power the flavour of everything else not that it was hard to as the rest of it was bland and or tasted too sweet! Might I add my English dad has cooked way better Jamaican food than that! I Will NEVER buy from there again! If it’s your first time buying/sampling jamaican food, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE as it will probably put you off for life!
