The is by far the most unprofessional and useless emergency department in the southern hemisphere. My wife has been here 6 hours bleeding & in agony. Suffering children and elderly people waiting in pain and stress. This is an administrative disgrace. I have never seen such poor and non-existent attention in my 54 years of travelling the world. Lismore Base Hospital. Wait dying or die waiting, the choice is yours. God help us!

The 5 stars are for the staff alone.. it was a long and painful afternoon/night in the ED but I was greeted by everyone with empathy and understanding. Very caring bunch of people. Wish there were just more of them. Thanks AGAIN guys!

Thank you Ambulance Tracey & Rohan, Admin Sue, RN Jen and Dr. Rebecca for helping me on Wed. Night. 4 hour wait was thought but you all made me feel safe thanks so much.
