The chicken katsu don is pretty good here - one of the better ones I've had in the West of Sydney. It came with a bowl of miso soup. Together with a pot of green tea, it was a pretty good lunch. The restaurant is in the food court in Castle Towers.

Excellent music choice. Fast food creation. So yumsie!!!

Best chicken katsu don I've had recently. The only improvement I would make is to increase the amount of broth in the rice to give some flavour, but otherwise it was lovely.
