I decided to visit this place as a trip down memory lane last week and was pleasantly surprised that there Steak happens to be the juiciest and tastiest Steak I have had in a very long time even the portion is very good and the whole meal was under a Tenner. The quality rated up against any well know Steak house to me is definitely a 5 star ???? Will definitely be a regular for my friends and family now

Proper old-school South London cafe, I have friends who have been eating there since the 1970s. But as well as classic cafe food, there's a good range of more modern delicatessen-style food and drink, so there's something for everyone.

Been past Mary's cafe many occasions and not particularly noticed it, went in and gave it a try today.Basic plain interior with no bells and whistles and all the better for it, just good honest grub, friendly service, no pretentious B.SOnly let down was the bread slices, it a 4 and a half stars overall in my book..
