I went to this Nail shop for a Basic pedicure. I just had a pedicure 3 weeks ago, so I didn't need anything more than the Basic. The technician that helped me was very rude and continued to pressure me to get a more expensive pedicure. After the 3rd "no thank you" she finally got the point. I guess she was upset because I didn't get one of the more expensive pedicures that she repeatedly recommended because she took it out on me during my pedicure. She was extremely rough. She didn't listen to anything that I was saying. She clipped my toenails, even though I asked her not to. Then she rushed through the pedicure to try to hurry up and get to another customer. My pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes! I have nail polish all over my toes, my cuticles are not properly cut, and my heels are just as rough as they were when I walked in. This is the worst pedicure I have EVER had, and I will never be coming back to this nail shop.
