Usually I'm satisfied with my outcome, but this time was so uncomfortable.. I wish they would listen to what I want instead of imposing their own ideas... my nails look hideous and I drove my a long way for sub par service. They didn't even respect the appointment time they set and made me even more behind. He cut my nails so low that my thumb has been aching.
Idk if they were training this new girl in pedis, but she didn't scrub my feet or do good cuticle work considering I had to come back home and fix it . The only good thing about my visit was the girl that came and painted my toes.. that's the only thing out of my mani and pedi experience that was totally what I wanted.
Again my nails look soo childish and it ruined the event I got my nails done for. I honestly want a refund or a do over.. this is my worst set yet.
UPDATE:
It's been 7 days and my toes and nails have chipped and broken off. My nails were healthy and I had gel. NOT HAPPY
