Yesterday was my first visit to this shop. I called a few days prior to setup an appointment. I was able to bring in the vehicle the afternoon before my appointment. I also had a ride setup in advance. My vehicle drop-off experience was easy and the staff was helpful. I expect to continue to receive excellent customer service, detailed repair information, and fair/honest pricing. Customers should keep in mind that the parking lot is small and appointments will always fill up fast so call ahead. When setting up your appointment be prepared to wait a day or two - in most cases. I didn't mind the wait, but if you require same-day service this may not be the place for you (depending on what type of service you require).
I will update this review with my final thoughts when the service is complete. I suspect I'll be back because the customer service so far is going to be hard to beat.
