Coming back to the UK from France and live in the South West then Cherbourg to Poole a great route. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was time taken to queue to go through passport control.....3 lines merging into 1 at the control point after an evening crossing was fun.

Brittany ferries staff were amazing. Polite and helpful after I let them know it was first time actually driving from Poole to Cherbourg

The staff are so nice and friendly. We actually live in Portsmouth but choose to travel via Poole whenever we can as its such a nice experience
