Not so hidden but jem like none the less. Situated in The Marches shopping centre in Dundalk this is an excellent place for home cooked style food.
It’s a little bit like going to Morrison’s cafe in the UK, go up to the counter, make your order then go sit down with your order number and your food it brought over fairly quickly.
We had mushroom soup, a toasted sandwich and a drink each. The soup was the nicest mushroom soup I’ve ever tasted, the ham sandwich was generously loaded and the coffee strong!
If I ever have chance to go back there I’ll be having a full meal, it’s a solid 10 outta 10 guys.
