I haven’t ever had an issue with Star Nails. I see many people complain about the wait. I have had customers get upset with me because I walk directly to Tammy’s stations or wait a very short time but it’s because I make appointments EVERY time I go. Tammy has explained to the upset customers that I have an appointment and since they are walk ins, that they would have to wait until a technician was available and she has always been polite to them ever when I’ve witnessed customers being nasty to her about it.
Yes they are busy. But if you don’t want to wait, they do schedule appointments.
I have always been happy with Tammy’s work
and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.
