The best known coffee chain for a very good reason. Always offering a first class and personalised experience, with a wide variety of coffee styles and customisations to suit every taste. The staff in here are second to none, always friendly and welcoming; never had a bad experience here.

Seems like it might be designed to cater to moody professionals and aspiring writers, because it certainly doesn't welcome the casual cake and coffee chit-chatters. The atmosphere is oppressive and dark, the seating up-right and uncomfortable and the spacing is tight and slight. The service is prompt and business like and perhaps ideal for the dashing-out-the-door types but it feels a little cold if you are going in for a welcoming atmosphere and a relaxing chat. Perhaps it just isn't for me.

Given papercups when sitting in refused to give a cup when requested. Staff extremely RUDE.... never will I use this Starbucks again. Absolutely disgraceful. Hot chocolate very tepid and water. Usually I prefer Starbucks over Costa so disappointed. Mince pies very nice the reason for the star. YOUR STAFF NEED RETRAINING IN CUSTOMER CARE AT THIS BRANCH.
