This Starbucks is unfortunately positioned at a horrible angle for the sun, I've been in a few times and it's unbearably bright and I get a headache every time. They could do with a blind or a tint on the glass or something, it's really quite bad. Other than that your typical Starbucks.

The lady on the speaker had a stinking attitude because she couldn't hear me so I repeated myself about 10 times. Then I pulled forward about 2 foot and the silly girl left her mic on and started slagging me off. Obviously I let her finish before I shouted back you should make sure your mic is off before you start talking about people like that . Obviously her mic was switched off instantly. She couldn't even look at me whilst making payment

I usually enjoy this place, but today, there was only one employee serving both drive through and sit in customers. My friend and I were waiting for 10-15 minutes to order a coffee as the lady was serving the drive through customers only. The other lady was sitting down eating, having her break, but at 5 pm when many people finish work and its busy break time is not the right option. Maybe try and arrange the break time either earlier or a bit later than the rush hour. Overall good quality coffee and a cosy place to have a cuppa.
