Whole place was filthy, bannisters very grubby. Room was very tatty not nice at all

Very good everybody is nice only thin bed hard

Staff super friendly. Free car parking. Our room was clean and warm. Though the en suite shower room in a poor state. Broken panels around shower base. Just a general lack of basic maintenance. The real spoiler was the breakfast, costing £10 each. Cheap instant coffee served in a coffee pot. All the food reheated - could have been days old from it's texture and appearance. - It's not too much to expect freshly cooked food and decent coffee at a tenner a time.
