Just had an absolutely delicious afternoon tea at T42 this afternoon. Very reasonably priced at £11per perso n . There was three choices of sandwiches, two sausage rolls , a plain and fruit scone with jam and cream and a mini strawberry tart, lemon sponge and a chocolate chip shortbread, for each person.Ample tea and a fresh big pit of tea when asked for. Amazing service with lovely staff. Recommend T42 any time.

Stumbled across this place by chance. I'm a big fan of family run café's and bakeries, so of course I had to sit down for a tea. They serve a large selection of scones, cakes, and other pastries, and they also have plenty of warm and cold drinks to choose from. The interior is very quaint, and somewhat reminiscent of a grandmother's kitchen with a somewhat modern twist. The staff is very polite, and you get your order quickly. The food and tea was delicious, and all at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Good selection of drinks (especially teas) and snacks. Fast service and reasonable prices. Will visit again.
