Worst experience ever!, I went there on Monday for Keratin treatment and hair bleech, Diana was the one doing the job for me, she didn't do the full Keratin treatment and literally burned my hair while doing the bleech, because she burned it she couldn't do the style that I wanted so she asked me to come wendsday to finish the job, how on earth you tell a client to come back 2 days later to finish your job, she made me go with her job half done, I came wendsday and all she did is wash my hair, she couldn't do the style because my hair is burned, I asked to bleech my hair white now it's between silver and yellow, it looks awful, I talked go their Manger and told him everything he said he will talk to her and get back to me, he never called me back and kept ignoring me, worst management ever, DONT EVER GO THERE if you don't want to lose your hair and your money, I literally paid them $260 to get my burned with terrible color
