The best, most welcoming landlady and landlord you could ask for. Paula and Willy - thanks for making my evenings at The Plough Inn so enjoyable!! I always come for one pint... and end up leaving the pub when it closes... Thanks guys!

Fabulous little find (unfortunately on the last day of hols!) Spent a good couple of hours in here, Landlord & Landlady excellent hosts was made to feel very welcome and lots of conversation due to all electronics being banned. Cash only but plenty of cash points nearby. Will definitely make sure to visit again on our next stay in Whitby

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good traditional pub with good choice of beers and lagers. No mobiles, laptops or tablets allowed. A few nice and peaceful evenings spent here last week. Good value beers.
