Hands-down the best sushi in Loughborough.
As a sushi enthusiast, I was truly impressed to eat something of this calibre so close to my front door. The fish and squid was fresh, flavourful and expertly cut. The rice was wonderfully prepared and all of the dishes were beautifully presented. The prices and portion sizes are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and preparation.
The service is excellent and friendly, our waiter was charismatic and a highlight of my night. The sake was served warm and refilled by the waiter. The restaurant itself has a calm, elegant atmosphere - perfect for celebratory evenings, dates and family lunchtimes.
Please give it a chance! To me, this is the highest quality Asian-fusion place in town and I cant wait to go again to try other things on the menu.
