Very poor company. I took excellent care of my car and they looked for every reason not to pay claim. The only thing that they did right was take my money. My opinion for anyone looking is to stay away. Terry Lichliter

Up till April it was ok but they did not take my April payment. I have called an sent emails etc. to no avail. Today I called the AL Attorney General and the Secretary of State and BBB of AL.. apparently they have closed their doors, the buildings are empty and are listed for lease per the Stirling Real Estate Agency that has the property listed. Mail is not being picked up and phones do not work, voice mail is full and no emails are being returned. I believe a Mr. Jay Meyers is the CEO and VP of this company also doing business as Assurance Warranty Corporation. I am grateful my car was not torn apart in some body shop with no one to pick up the bill. BBB has numerous complaints as does Secretary of State in AL.. you can request a complaint form from the BBB as all complaints must be done in writing. So the doors are closed. As far as I or anyone else knows the company has folded. They were in business since 1988 so its been a long while, curious if there was a death that caused this NO EXCUSES they really needed to step up to the plate and leave a voice mail and or send out a email or letter to all their customers.
