Terrible service. I booked online and paid a $20 deposit, when I arrived 10 minutes earlier the lady said my appointment had to be pushed back by 30 minutes, which I was okay with. I sat down to wait and then she asked me what kind of appointment it was, I clarified as said that it was a ear candling appointment and she said the lady that does it wasn’t available, which again I was okay with, I just asked for a refund so I could book again another day. I was told that I could only get a gift voucher which wasn’t great cause I wouldn’t be able to use it anyways. So I asked for the refund in cash (it was only a $20 deposit) and the lady was like “you’re a crazy ****!!”.... For just wanting my money back. Anyways, she got a $20 out of the till and threw it at me. Meanwhile the entire interaction I never raised my voice or spoke rudely to her, it’s like she didn’t like me as soon as I walked in. Never going back.
