As a self proclaimed cocktail fanatic (or functioning alcoholic- depending on who you ask), I’ve had my fair share of bar experiences. And let me tell you, this is one of the few bars that get slept on.
What makes this bar great is the carefully curated selection of cocktail menu. You’ll notice that it’s purpose built for the season - and ever changing to push the boundaries of cocktail making to the next level.
Beyond the cocktails - it’s the service, quality and overall ambience that reels you in and glues you to your seat. Kind of makes you self reflect and appreciate the time Goldilocks was at capacity and you settled for House of Correction.
All in all - exceptional service, particularly from Tom who’s passion for cocktail making is intoxicating!
