Extremely disappointing experience at Istanbul Kebap, customer service was terrible, I came with my family to this restaurant and everyone ordered their food, we waited for more than an hour for my pasta order and after everyone else had finished eating we asked the staff when will the pasta be ready, they said 5 mins although they had not even started making it. Then after 10 mins we asked again and the staff was extremely rude with us and said “we don’t have time to make it” “you want it or you don’t want it” extremely rudely as if she is doing us a favour even though we are paying for it and paying for the service. They over charged us and also misbehaved with us. We came for vacations to Austria and in our whole trip we did not encounter a single rude person, every Austrian was so polite and helpful and this is the only place where we had such a terrible experience. Absolutely horrible place to visit, not recommended at all. If I had an option I would give it minus 1 star it doesn’t even deserve a single star.
