We went to Acquiring Look after a fairly traumatic hair cut experience for my 9 year old, where his wavy locks were buzzed completely off despite explicit instructions to use a specific guard etc at another shop. After much negotiation and convincing I managed to get him there (after a 4 month long fight) and shared our experience from the bad haircut with the ladies - both the gal who gave the haircut as well as the other stylist in the shop were incredibly good with him and eased his anxiety and he left with a haircut that he was happy with.
