Genuinely a negative experience on what was a great time in Fort William, the two teenage staff were poor, far more interested in texting and chatting to each other than serving customers, we waited 40 minutes to have our food order taken, and when it arrived only half of it came! Incompetency clearly over came him and he missed half of the order, however what I can assume was the owner was very polite and apologetic however only gave us a whopping 4 pounds off despite being in there for nearly 3 hours and spending nearly £200!
Food wasn't terrible though just expensive for what is a smaller portion.
