I have been twice now and seen Sam both times. Shes amazing, so reasonably priced and she does a great job. The first time I went in, a bit over a year ago, my hair was so badly damaged so she got a treatment going and a cut. She is so knowledgeable and fun to talk to, just so sweet. I went in again a couple months ago and got it coloured. I explained everything I was looking for and she found a middle ground between what I wanted and what my hair could handle. She showed me tons of samples of what it would turn out like, walked me through the process and really listened to what I wanted. And it turned out perfectly. Another thing she does that Ive not experienced, is she gives you the cost estimate before she gets started without having asked. Including the breakdown of hourly rate and product pricing. Its not been easy finding an affordable stylist that does a great job. Im definitely going to be sticking with her! The salon itself is really clean and tidy and the other staff members are great too!
