We had 2 couples in 2 separate rooms from Saturday to Wednesday in some cold weather but unfortunately the air con units in both the rooms were not operating on heat, rather chilly at night! Complaints were made and the management did their best to resolve the problem to no avail. We were given a $50 voucher to spend at the establishment for the inconvenience and eventually, after some negotiation, were refunded 50% of our accommodation costs. Everything else was fine with clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and in a convenient location.
