So why did I just give here three stars? A number of factors influenced my decision:1. We were meeting there as a group and decided that due to COVID it would be better to meet out in their beer garden. There was no coverage or shelter and thus no heating. Later in the evening it began to rain so that made things worse.2. One lounge girl in particular, while happy to take tips was the sort of person who probably would be better not dealing with the public.3. The cleaning rota on the wall in the men's toilet didn't have a single time slot filled in but to be fair the toilets were clean. Why bother having the rota on the wall if you aren't using it?Later in the evening a few of the less hardy of the group moved inside, leaving the rest of the outside in the December elements. We managed to get seats and finished off the evening in warmth and comfort.
