I used to be a regular customer here. The haircuts are great but the customer service is lacking. The last time I got my haircut Sue told me she would try to be quick with my haircut as her scheduled appointment walked in late. Today I walked in as they have a sign saying “walk-ins welcome” and I was seated to get my haircut again by Sue but then they told me after I had just got seated and prepared for a haircut, that I was behind two scheduled appointments and that I’d have to wait for the two people. I suggest taking down the “walk-ins welcome” sign as I did not feel welcome.
