This car center needs to learn to be more accommodating to service requests that are fairly quick to process even if they come in after another longer service request has already been accepted. Case in point; I came into the store on May 5th at around 1:30 PM asking them to repair a small air leak on one of my tires. This is a 20 minute job at most, and the female employee on duty said I could either leave the vehicle over night or schedule an appointment - the next available date and time being almost a week out. Unbelievable! It doesn't take a large amount of time to take the car and repair a tire leak that is repairable, and there is no reason to deny a customer immediate repair services just because you have some vehicles already waiting for tire change over services.
They need to learn to make time for small repair requests which likely can occur throughout the day without using other clients longer servicing requests as an excuse for not doing so.
The employer was very umprofessional in my opinion, and should be reprimanded and trained on how to properly process a quick tire repair job in between longer servicing jobs.
