Knight has fixed multiple issues we have had with vehicles. Wrecks, painting etc, they do great work
Hpwever, I need documentation from them to get reimbursed by Toyota for painting my RAV4 when the paint peeled off, and Knight is not cooperating Dropped off the information from Toyota 2 weeks ago. I need a letter from them on company letterhead on why I brought the car in, what work was done, mileage on the car etc. all I get from them is crickets. I once gave them 5 stars because they do great work, but I have lost faith in them. I paid over $1,000.00 for this repainting, and I would like to get my money back from Toyota, but Knight is preventing this from happening.
