while they know their card payment machine has a problem , they make customers paying by card , then ask them to pay cash claiming money didn't go through . a few customers payed today twice or more . hopefully I checked my account and notice money went through to go back and claim the money but they refused to reimburse . in total I paid 45 pounds for a simple wrap. absolutely poor customer service , after waiting 20 min for them to call their bank ( the issue being their problem not mine) , my wrap being cold , I gave it back and they took it even without apologising . I ended paying £30 pound for nothing . avoid the place
