Came here as I had been given a voucher for gin making. On arrival checked in given a nice gin and tonic. Then taken upstairs and given the ingredients to make my own flavour gin with the botanical. Great gin making and informative lessons. Fantastic gin. Its sealed so will open at Christmas. If youre thinking about this...do I!

This place is fantastic! All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The Gin Lab Experience is a must do. Steph, our lab guide, was awesome! She walked us through all the steps to making our own gin, answered any questions we had, all while maintaining a lighthearted, relaxed atmosphere while we created our individual gin.

Popped in on a Wednesday night as we were staying near by. Lovely atmosphere - music was on but it was quiet enough we could have a good conversation. Service was top. Servers recommended me several drinks after asking what I was after and we had a great chat about the history of the place and Liverpool. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. The decor is lush, with display cabinets of the original Liverpool Gin bottles and parts of the distillery machines on display. My only regret is not going back to buy a bottle of Liverpool Gin.
