Being a very close local I’ve been here 3 times over the past few months. (Usually other family members do the pick ups). Service was extremely poor every time I went in (it costs nothing to simply acknowledge customers when they walk into your shop). Food was ok the first couple of times I went there so I figured I’d give them one last chance. Tonight I walked in, waited 5 mins while the staff chatted among themselves while totally ignoring me, then served an Uber driver and a guy collecting a phone order, still ignoring me so I walked out, NEVER to come back. While other chicken takeaway shops in the area are further from home I’ll now take my family’s business elsewhere as the majority of takeaway outlets in Salisbury East / Salisbury Heights & surrounding areas have respect for their customers and understand their customers are the key to a successful business.Giving this business a 1 star rating, simply because I can’t post this without providing a rating - zero stars.
