Rockdale is an enticing melting pot of cultures and with this comes some amazing food and great places to eat.Nineteen43 is located off the main drag of Rockdale and is conveniently close to the train station. Despite its location it is still a fairly pleasant and moderately quiet place to enjoy amazing Lebanese street food.For drinks we ordered the Lebanese coffee for two which comes delivered to the table in a cute coffee pot and two small cups. It’s black and strong ( very much like Turkish coffee). Very smooth and a perfect temperature.Food choices included the Brisket Plate and Turkish Eggs. Both dishes were stunning. Super fresh ingredients and really flavourful combinations of spices and accompaniments.The eggs were cooked perfectly and once cut open coated the nut Dukkah with delicious runny yolk.We cleaned up our plates and left with very satisfied bellies.The price point is right with great value for money.Make sure you stop by for great coffee, food or both!!
