Overall the clinic is great. It's a shame they close the phones for lunch and you've no way to leave a message. Also they could program a reminder text for appointments but say the name of the person. I had my number listed for both myself and my late aunt. They'd send an appointment reminder but I'd have to ring to confirm who it was for. It's little things like that they fail on. Some of the reception staff can be rude. Others are very professional and friendly. Some doctors are the same, hit and miss. But as regards the care and treatment they are fantastic. I didn't like the extra charges for bloods for elderly medical card holders. In my opinion at that age everything should be free! They've earned it. The nurses seem to lack confidence in blood taking and I'm always sent to the hospital for blood work. They do it in a couple of minutes. I didn't understand that. The clinic should invest in the veinfinder machine, saves a lot of hassle!
Overall it's a decent clinic compared to some!
